As usual, the STC treasure every opportunity of serving our customers’ needs in product safety and quality as well as consumer health in accordance with all national and international standards, rules and legislations on consumer safety. In response to the coronavirus outbreak, the STC group management team has taken immediate actions and followed announcement issued by the General Office of the State Council of China to limit the exposure of our staff for the protection of their health and safety.
With immediate effect, the following arrangements have been taken for all STC China offices and laboratories.
.STC laboratories and offices in Mainland China including STC Shanghai, STC Changzhou, STC Dongguan, STC Guangxi, STC Heilongjiang and STC Shenzhen are closed and will resume business from 10 February 2020;
.Test requests, projects that were originally scheduled for completion after the Chinese New Year holiday (such as test report issuance, field sampling work, training and certification work, etc.) shall be arranged at time allowed depending on the local epidemic control situation.
In case of an emergency, please contact our customer service or sales staff or the undersigned, we will respond as quickly as we can and try our best to assist in your case. We will continue to pay attention to the development of the epidemic situation, local prevention, and adjust our service in time to minimize the impact on your business.
