The daily use of wireless devices such as mobile phones, smart watches, fitness trackers and wireless toys are getting more popular and being part of our life, the potential growing risk of cyber threats is posing for every consumer. The devices contain our personal data and make use of the communication networks. The COVID-19 pandemic dramatically increased the use of radio equipment for all purposes.

There are number of authorities identified an increasing number of wireless devices that pose cybersecurity risks. This has flagged the risk from toys that record every move of the children; unencrypted personal data stored in our devices, including those related with payments, that can be easily accessed; and even equipment that can misuse the network resources and thus reduce their capability.
